Graystar looked at the darkening sky. "Thunderstorms..." he smiled wickedly. For some reason, Graystar loved thunderstorms, it relaxed him more than anything else. He yawned and sat down. Lightning flashed across the sky. His pale eyes flashed with pleasure written all over his face.

OOC: I'll just pretend I'm in Grayclan to make it easier. Who knows maybe later I will create this charrie
BIC: Sleetwind walked up to his leader. "Someone seems happy," he grunted. His ears were back with disapointment it had been a great day for hunting and now if was going to rain. He hated the rain. It was so...wet. He shook as a few drops of rain shimmered on his dark coat.

Graystar turned his head. "Uh I guess you could say that." he twitched his whiskers in a weird sort of smile. "What? No luck at hunting?" he frowned. That must mean leaf-bare was on its way.

"Yeah and the rain," He said with a smirk. Now the rain was really starting to fall. Sleetwinds ears were flat against his head, and his eyes were squinted to so much that he could barily see. "I don't like the rain, I'm going to stand under the tree over there," He said. He walked over slowly with his tail hung low.

Graystar pricked his ears as he watched Sleetwind padded over to the tree. He could sense there was something troubling the young warrior. "Anything else bothering you?" he asked with a sweep of his tail.

Shadewing trotted at an even pace through the forest. It began to rain and she narrowed her eyes to keep the large wet drops from splashing into her eyes. She loved the rain, her small form making it easier to keep less muddy. Her paws easily sunk into the cold, thick mud. She raised them higher in disgust, keeping her pace still ever strong. She had scented mouse, but knew they had taken to their dens in the weather. "Maybe I can catch a water vole." She murmered to herself, "They'll be out by the river. Sure, they love rain just as much as I do."
Altering her course, she began heading through a clearing as a shortcut to the riverbank. On the small rise before she got there, she saw two widely spaced toms silohetted(sp?) against the ash colored sky. They were both of GrayClan, so her tensed muscles relaxed. "Greetings Graystar." She mewed as she submissively dipped her head and made a short bow, her black belly lightly brushing the muddy ground. As she straightened herself, her belly was brown and dripped slowly with the filthy mixture of dirt and water that made mud.
Shadewing stood regally now, showing no signs of her former action. She turned her head to gaze over at Sleetwind. Her yellow eyes, still narrowed against the rain, glinted with suspicion for a moment. She assessed where he sat: under a tree. Her mind whirled as it always did and she began to think. 'He doesn't like the rain.' Her thought echoed in her mind like a lone voice in a large hall, 'He seems rather weakspirited, although he is handsome. I don't think I'll much like this tom.' She buried a scornful look that threatened to emerge as she judged Sleetwind by this first impression. She had a tendency to be right in her assumptions anyways. She forced her stony gaze back to Graystar. Her let loose a spark of an emotion that came surprisingly close to friendship, especially for a cat so cold-hearted as Shadewing. "How is leadership going?" She rasped in her soft but poisonous voice. It sounded more like the gentle rustling of wind in tall grass than a cat's voice.

The massive GrayClan leader looked up from Sleetwind to see Shadewing. He stood up straight and padded over to touch noses with Shadewing. "It's been great so far." his deep voice low. "How are you doing? Enjoying the rain?" he laughed. His tailtip twitched as he glanced at Sleetwind.

OOC: Sorry teal was hard to read
BIC: "Nah I'm fine," Sleetwind said pathetically he really just didn't like the rain. He curled his tail around his paws to try to conserve warmth. The crisp autum air mixed with the cold winds and rain made him uncomfortable. The wetness had seeped through his short coat quickly and was now cold against his formally dry skin.
Sleetwind's fur stood on end when he noticed the scent of Rainclan. What are they doing here?He thought to himself. He was about to get up when his muscles screamed and his joints ached. He sat back down again. He was glad he hadn't tryed to start something with the Rainclan femme because when she got closer he could see and scent her better he realized it wasn't just any Rainclanner but it was the leader.

bic: The massive gray tabby looked up and saw the RainClan leader. "Squirrelstar is it? What brings you to this part of the forest?" he smiled crookedly. His pale eyes shined as the moonlight hit them.

OOC: Ok ill be blue...lol we are having color issues!
BIC: Sleetwind didn't make eyecontact with the other leader. Instead he looked down at his jet black paws very intentally as if they were trying to tell him soemthing. He didn't like talking to cats of other clans. He believed in taking care of your own clan because helping others was like weaking yourself and your fellow clan mates by making others stronger. So he remained in this position his amber eyes no flickering from his gaze.

ooc- yay! Squirrel's here!
bic-Shadewing smiled when Graystar stepped forward to touch noses with her. She returned the gesture and replied, "Indeed I am. It's rather cold, but rain never killed anyone." She felt the rain seeping through to her skin and she shivered in delight as it's tingling fingers traced lines underneath her fur. Suddenly, a Rainclan cat emerged silently from behind her. She whirled around and hissed but immediately stifled it when she saw it was a leader.1
Shadewing looked at Sleetwind, who apparently was determined to give no information to this strange she-cat. She liked that about him, but was not about to do so herself. While she was usually the same around cats from other clans, she was always polite to cats of high status and spoke when spoken to. She meowed with a tint of apology, but also suspicion in her voice, "Although I am pleased to see you Squirrelstar," She bowed low to emphasize her words, and her belly brushed the muddy ground again. "I do not accept your explanation very easily, for the rains are hard and our scent would have been trapped here, and not carried on the wind. Because we are not anywhere near the border, you could not have smelled us before the rain started and then went in that direction as it began to rain. You must have been tresspassing."
As she finished her explanation of her reasoning, her hardened eyes looked into Squirrelstar's, gaurding any expression and appearing like a smooth stone. She unsheathed her claws and dug them into the ground, silently fuming that a cat as highly respected as this would risk trouble by tresspassing in Grayclan's territory. She glanced at Graystar, knowing that as high as tension in the forest was right now, he couldn't just let this little visit go without at least sending the leader on her way. Her eyes bore into his, the question plainly written on them of what to do with Squirrelstar, who apparently could not see how tense the clans were at present.

Sleetwind looked up and nearly smiled that they were telling off the other leader even if it was politely it was better than nothing. He stood up and shook sending little water dropletts into the air they shimmered with the pale color of the moon.
